Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, name, username, avatar image and account type (buyer or seller).

Seller data: shop name, shop status, product listings, images and payout details you enter.

Order data: items ordered, prices, order status, shipping name, address, phone and contact email.

User content: product photos, reviews, comments and likes.

Technical data: device and log information needed to keep the service secure and working.

To create and secure your account, show listings, process orders and payments, deliver goods, support you, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

We share only what is needed: order and shipping details with the seller fulfilling your order, payment data with Stripe, and infrastructure data with our hosting and database provider. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We keep account and order records while your account is active and for as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute resolution. You can request deletion at any time.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent. To delete your account and associated data, email zipplignmediaapp@gmail.com from your account email and we will action it within 30 days.

Zippshop is not directed to children under 13, and users under 18 should only transact with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Data is encrypted in transit, stored on access-controlled infrastructure, and protected by row-level security so users can only read their own records.
